An Orchestra Made of Garbage

These kids from Cateura, Paraguay (a vast landfill outside Paraguay's capital of Asuncion, Paraguay) have a passion for music, but no money for instruments. So they made them out of trash! The world's only Landfill-harmonic orchestra sounds like a million bucks!

This Is Something Bigger Than Me

There is a song that they are playing on Christian radio a lot these days that really touches me. The song is "Whatever You're Doing (Something Heavenly)" by Sanctus Real. It really describes what God is doing and Amy and my life right now. Every time I hear it, I crank it up, sing along, and tear up. I need to buy this CD if only just for this song.
